833C是一种PA66基共聚物,具有中等熔融强度、剪切减薄性能、高拉伸强度、延展性和高清晰度,是铸膜应用的理想选择。这种材料对铸膜、定向铸膜(单模或双模)和型材/片材/管材挤压具有理想的加工性能。特别是作为定向薄膜,它具有极高的强度和抗刺穿性,同时保持较高的断裂延伸率;此外,根据退火工艺,它可以有从<1%到>20%的定制收缩率,使其对大量最终使用的薄膜应用具有吸引力。 833C is a PA66-based copolymer that features intermediate melt strength, shear thinning behavior, high tensile strength, ductility, and high clarity making it ideal for cast film applications. This material has ideal processability for cast film, oriented cast film (mono or biax), and profile/sheet/tubing extrusions. Specifically as an oriented film, it imparts extremely high strength and puncture resistance while maintaining a high elongation to break; further, depending on the annealing process, it can have tailored shrinkage from < 1% to > 20% making it appealing to a large number of end use film applications. |
