| 聚醚嵌段酰胺Pebax® MF 5080树脂是由柔性聚醚和刚性聚酰胺制成的热塑性弹性体。Pebax® MF 5080树脂是一种固有的耗散性聚合物，可与聚合物基质干混或复合，以降低最终零件的表面电阻率。该等级特别设计用于以20-30%的加载速率使用聚乙烯吹塑薄膜。为了获得最佳的性价比，我们建议在多层膜的表层使用这种Pebax抗静电等级。Pebax® MF 5080树脂建议用于食品接触应用。 Polyether block amide Pebax® MF 5080 resin is a thermoplastic elastomer made of flexible polyether and rigid polyamide. Pebax® MF 5080 resin is an inherently dissipative polymer and can be dry blended or compounded with a polymer matrix to lower the surface resistivity of the final part. This grade is particularly designed to be used in blown film with PE at a loading rate of 20-30%. For optimal ratio cost/performance we recommend to use this Pebax® antistatic grade in the surface layer(s) of multilayer film. Pebax® MF 5080 resin is recommended for food contact applications. |
