牌号简介 Santoprene™ TPV原厂家埃克森美孚,现已被塞拉尼斯收购。 热塑性弹性体(TPE)系列中的一种柔软、可着色、特殊、不吸湿的热塑性硫化胶(TPV),特别配制成与ABS、PS、PC、PMMA、ASA、PET和PPO/PS共混物粘合,适用于需要硬/软组合的应用。该等级的山都平TPV与剪切有关,可在常规热塑性塑料设备上加工,用于注塑成型或挤出。基于聚烯烃且可回收的易拉罐制造流程。 A soft, colorable, specialty, non-hygroscopic thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) in the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) family. It is especially formulated to bond to ABS, PS, PC, PMMA, ASA, PET and PPO/PS blends for applications where hard/soft combinations are required. This grade of Santoprene TPV is shear-dependent and can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment for injection molding or extrusion. It is polyolefin based and recyclable within the manufacturing stream.
