All 4100 series resins are available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion and coextrusion equipment designed to process polyethylene (PE) resins. BYNEL 41E755 is specifically designed to provide high adhesion to both metals and polyolefins when converted into film form and used as a thermal lamination film. It has a low coefficient of friction for easy film handling and provides strong bonds that fail cohesively. The material, natural resin, is typically used for cast film applications, offering good mechanically properties, stiffness enhancement and furthermore enables to gain high line speeds. SABIC® LLDPE 430BE is provided with a dedicated anti oxidant package suitable for cast film extrusion with low gel levels. Applications Skin layers for non-cling stretch cast film, cast film side encapsulation, mid layer hygienic cast film and product to realize downgauging by stiffness enhancement. This product is not intended for and must not be used in any pharmaceutical/medical applications.
