Moplen S38FT has excellent process ability on tubular lines. Films produced by Moplen S38FT feature good mechanical properties and excellent barrier against moisture, odours oils, fats and oxidation and feature high transparency, high gloss and good printability after corona treatment. Monolayer films made of Moplen S38FT are used for general packaging such as food and textiles packaging, flower wrappings and also their major use are in adhesive tapes. BOPP film made with Moplen S38FT is also suitable for lamination to other flexible films. Moplen S30SW is also particularly suitable to produce film yarn, both with cast and tubular processes. Textile film yarns have a denier count of not more than 1000 to 1200 and care used for the production of the bags, industrial fabrics & mats. Film yarn with a denier count ranging 3000 to 28000 is used for baler twins, packaging twins, ropes and chenille. Moplen S30SW is also well suited for the production of monofilament used for instance for brush & broom filling & technical applications. Strapping, extruded nets, blow moulded small containers & technical components are other typical applications. Moplen S30SW is suitable for food contact.
