牌号简介	EMPILON HN60是一种天然着色，无毒，100％可回收的氢化苯乙烯嵌段共聚物（SBC）等级。它不含Pb，Cd，Hg，Cr6 +，Sb，As，Ba，Se，卤素和邻苯二甲酸酯。具有良好的耐热性，耐候性和耐溶剂性，良好的机械性能，不会在水中水解。可通过双注塑和共挤加工。适用于3C行业，包括计算机，通信和消费类电子产品，手持设备产品，具有柔软触感，防滑和振动功能的用途。它专为使用ABS，PC，尼龙，PETG和PBT等工程塑料进行包覆成型而设计。符合废弃电气和电子设备指令（WEEE 2002/95 / EC）的要求。 EMPILON® HAR series compound are specially designed for over-molding with engineering plastic such as ABS, PC, Nylon, PETG, PBT etc. which are commonly use in the 3C industry (Computer, Communication and Consumer electronics) as well as hand held device products for soft touch, anti-slip & vibration functional purposes. Hydrogenated Styrenic Block Copolymer is the main content of this HAR series compound, its hardness range is from Shore A 39 ~ Shore 85. They can be processed by double injection and co-extrusion machines or ordinary plastic injection machines with an insert molding process.
