The butyl acrylate content is 24%. It contains antioxidant and free flowing agent. EBA ALCUDIA® PA-24004 fulfils the food contact regulations in most countries. APPLICATIONS Injection moulding Blends with waxes Manufacture of masterbatches Microcellular foams Extrusion of profiles and sheets with high flexibility Recommended melt temperature range is 160 to 180°C. EBA copolymers exhibit excellent thermal stability, which allows higher processing temperatures if needed. Processing characteristics of PA-24004 are similar to LDPE and conventional Polyethylene extruders are recommended.
