It is manufactured with special formula and process, without changing the unique cold resistance of silicone rubber and the excellent physical and mechanical properties, covering a wide range of applications. The three series are slightly different in the appearance: the common type is milk-white, translucent or white; the standard type is light yellow or maroon and the fumed type is light yellow. This product can be used at 250°C for a long time and can withstand an instant temperature of 300°C. It is applicable to production of various temperature resistant seals, rubber rolls and sealing joint strips, etc.	加成硫化硅橡胶本产品是以铂为催化剂固化的固体硅橡胶。可在120°C的中等温度下固化，无异味，热利用率高。用它制成的产品比用过氧化物固化的同类硅产品具有更高的撕裂强度。它分为两个系列：NE-01系列采用沉淀二氧化硅，适用于成型工艺和食品接触硅橡胶制品；NE-09系列采用气相二氧化硅，适用于成型和挤压工艺，可用于生产食品接触硅橡胶制品和透明硅胶管。 Addition-curing silicone rubber This product is a solid silicone rubber cured with addition of platinum as the catalyst. It can be cured at a moderate temperature of 120°C, without any off-flavor and with high thermal utilization rate. The products made from it have higher tear strength than the grade like silicone products cured with peroxide. It is divided into two series: the NE-01 series use precipitated silica, applicable to molding process and food contact silicone rubber products; the NE-09 series use fumed silica, applicable to molding and extrusion process, and can be used to manufacture food contact silicone rubber products and transparent silicone tubes.
