If the quantity added is too high, difficulties may occur during printing. Styrolux® Batch NB 10 is based on GPPS-carrier. Styrolux® Batch ASE Highly effective lubricants in Styrolux® Batch ASE improve the release properties. Although its antiblocking action is significantly less than that of Batch NB, Batch ASE improves the unstacking performance of deep-drawn parts and reduces the mar sensitivity of Styrolux®. The propertion of Batch ASE should not exceed 4 %; in most cases 2% is quite sufficient to form a lubricating layer. Styrolux® Batch ASE is based on Styrolux 684D.
